We have a 24hour approval period on all basses shipped out of the shop. If you choose not to keep the instrument you have purchased the item(s) may be returned only if you strictly adhere to the following policies: A) you notify us by phone within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s) purchased that you are not keeping the item(s) received. B) Instruments will be excepted for return only after a careful examination by Bass Alone for any breakage, scratches, misuse etc. We expect to get the instrument back in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you. If the item(s) is/are not received in satisfactory condition Bass Alone, Inc. reserves the right to hold back monies you have paid for the purpose of repairing any item that may need repairing. C) When returning items purchased you the customer are responsible for the return shipping charges. D) There will be a 5% (five percent) restocking fee charged on all returned purchases. E) Bass Alone, Inc. will ship internationally only when the funds are wired to our bank account first. The cost of shipping varies greatly and are the customer's responsibility.
